In this session, we will:
- Taste five East Asian teas from different tea categories and regions.
- Learn how to notice the aromas and flavours of tea, and practise by comparing teas side by side.
- Experience how each tea unfolds through multiple infusions.
- Take our time and enjoy the tea together.
A cup of tea holds layers of aromas and flavours. In East Asian tea traditions, there is a special joy in discovering the subtle qualities hidden within each tea.
But tasting tea is about more than simply identifying its aromas and flavours. It is also about experiencing how a tea unfolds through multiple infusions.
By the end of the session, you may find a new way to enjoy tea.
