1. Tea Preview: Tasting Tea

We explore a curated selection of five East Asian teas, ranging from high-quality classics to rare, handcrafted treasures.

Each tea is chosen for its distinct character and delicate aromas. Together, we discover the fascinating diversity of tea and why every variety offers its own unique and meaningful experience.

2. Tea Basics: understanding Tea

In these classes, you will learn the fundamentals of tea through three modules:

• The six main tea categories: Green, White, Yellow, Blue (Oolong), Red (Black), and Dark (including Pu-erh)
• Flavors and aromas — learning how to mindfully appreciate the subtle nuances of tea
• Teaware and tea preparation

An ideal introduction for anyone who wishes to approach tea with greater awareness.

After completing the three modules, you will be ready to begin your own tea practice.

3. Focus Topics: A Deep dive into Tea

Each tasting class focuses on one of the six main tea categories in depth, such as white or black tea.

In addition, we explore a special topic related to that tea — for example, its region of origin, storage methods, water quality, or the appropriate teaware.
