The foundation of brewing tea lies in three essential elements:
tea leaves, teaware, and water.
While Tea Class 1 focused on tea leaves, Tea Class 2 turns to the teaware and water that help reveal each tea's unique character.
In this class, you will learn which teaware is useful for everyday tea making and how to prepare tea to bring out its best flavour. You will also discover which types of teaware feel most comfortable and natural in your hands.
