Small Groups (Max. 4) – Hands-On Tea Classes & Workshops

My tea room is a small, personal place where 5–6 people can enjoy a tea session together.
In this intimate atmosphere, we can touch, smell, and taste the tea, sharing our impressions with each other.
If you wish, you also have the opportunity to try out different teaware and brew tea yourself.

 

Materials (Tea and Teaware)

Over the years, I have carefully chosen and collected all the teas and teaware we use.
Every tea we taste in class is selected with intention and has its own story to share.

High-quality teas, in particular, reveal the unique character and delicate aroma of each variety.
Their exceptional quality is also reflected in the class price.

 

Choosing a Seminar

If you are interested in East Asian teas but have little or no experience, a Tea Preview is a great way to start and try different teas.

The three Tea Basics modules give you a good foundation for the Focus Topics, but you’re welcome to join the Focus Topics even if you haven’t completed the modules.

Choose the seminars that spark your interest, following your curiosity and intuition. Simply go with what feels right for you.

 

Language

The course is primarily conducted in English. If needed, you are also welcome to use German.
A full course in German will start from August 2026, or can be arranged individually.

Since German is not my first language, I may sometimes speak more simply or a little more slowly. I take the time to answer questions and make sure everything is clear. If needed, I can clarify or add explanations in English.

If you wish, the tea seminars can also be offered in Korean or Japanese.

Important Note

Since the aroma of tea is very delicate and sensitive, I kindly ask that you avoid wearing strong perfumes or scented creams.

Private / Individual Sessions
If the regular Thursday and Saturday sessions don’t fit your schedule, please feel free to contact me anytime.
I’d be happy to arrange a private session just for you or for a small group of up to 5 people.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

At 'Raum für Tee', I keep my tea sessions small and intimate (max. 4 guests) to ensure a personal experience. As I carefully select and prepare the teas for each guest myself, I kindly ask for your understanding regarding my policy:

• 7 Days Notice: For a full refund, please let me know at least 7 days in advance if your plans change.

• Within 7 Days: Unfortunately, I cannot offer a refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before the session.

• Flexible Options: If you can’t make it, you are more than welcome to reschedule for a future session or gift your spot to a friend or family member! Just let me know at least 24 hours before we start.

• Get in Touch: If you have any questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact me. I’m always happy to find a solution for you!
